  • 2 oz. Four Branches Bourbon – Founders Blend
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz. Egg White (optional)
  • ½ oz. Red Wine Float
  • ½ Luxardo Cherry and Lemon Zest for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Founder's Blend, lemon, egg white, and sugar in a shaker 
  2. Vigorously shake for 30 seconds
  3. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into rocks glass over fresh ice or serve straight up 
  5. Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon to float on top of drink
  6. Garnish with Luxardo cherry and/or lemon zest
